Debra Harris

Debra mediates in family law disputes.

Debra has practised as a lawyer for 24 years.

As a solicitor from 1996 until 2004 Debra was accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Family Law Specialist.

From 2004 Debra has practised as a barrister specializing in all areas of Family Law including extensive experience in property disputes as well as children's matters including representing children’s interests as Counsel for the Independent Children’s Lawyer.

Debra does not issue Section 60 I Certificates. Debra has a wealth of experience in resolving difficult family disputes.

Paul Rodriguez

Paul mediates in business and commercial disputes with particular emphasis on construction and insurance disputes.

Paul has practised as a lawyer for 25 years. In the past 2 years he has adjudicated Payment Claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (Vic) 2002.

He has carried on business as a sole practitioner for over 10 years and is able to bring a practical perspective to the resolution of business disputes.

Paul is an Australian Mediation Association registered Mediator

Paul’s goal is to maximize the benefits, wherever possible, of preserving an existing business relationship or managing the amicable termination of that relationship.
